While accessing your course you may have difficulty loading certain resources. You may want to check your address bar for blocked resources in the example image below.
You may notice that the main area of Canvas loads fine but certain links when clicked don't work or won't load while within the course.
The loading issue may be due, in part to the web browser blocking external resources from loading.
While the default browser settings under normal browsing circumstances protect you it could also prevent much-needed resources from being loaded.
This Mobile/Desktop guide outlines steps to fix these types of issues.
Mobile:
1. Tap the "Settings" app on your device.
2. In the left-side navigation menu tap "Safari". In the "Privacy & Security" settings on the right side of the screen, disable "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" and disable "Block All Cookies".
Desktop:
1. Launch the Safari browser.
2. Click the Safari menu in the upper left corner of the screen and select "Settings".
2. Find the settings for "Prevent cross-site tracking", this should be set to disabled.
3. Find the settings for "Block all cookies", this should be set to disabled.
4. Find the settings for "Block pop-up windows", this should also be set to disabled.
