Step by Step: Allowing Multiple Attempts for a Quiz

To allow multiple attempts for a quiz:

Step 1: Access a course.

Step 2: In the Course Navigation, click or tap Quizzes.

Step 3: Click or tap the title of the Quiz to be edited.

Step 4: Click or tap the Edit button.

Step 5: Click or tap the Allow Multiple Attempts checkbox.

Step 6: From the Quiz Score to Keep drop-down list click or tap Highest or Lowest.

Step 7: Click or tap to check the Allowed Attempts checkbox.

Step 8: In the Allowed Attempts textbox, type the number of attempts allowed.

Final Step: Click or tap the Save button.
