Step 1: Navigate to your Canvas course.
Step 2: In the course menu, Choose Syllabus to open Simple Syllabus.
Step 3: Edit your syllabus content by choosing "Edit syllabus"
Final Step: Scroll to the bottom and choose "Submit" to save your changes.

I wasn't able to edit my course name like this. I'm teaching 002-004 levels but it only says ESL 002 Beginning Esl.
